This classic style yet modern villa with private heated pool is located in St.-Paul-en-Forêt at the Côte d'Azur near the fashionable resorts of Cannes, Nice and Saint-Tropez. The villa is situated in the beautiful hilly hinterland of the coast line. It is part of the Pays de Fayence with the Lac de Saint-Cassien and numerous wineries (Côte de Provence). There are several hiking tours and moutainbike trails around and at 10 km from the villa is the exclusive 18-hole golf course Terre Blanche.

Enough to do do in the area! Between sea and mountains everyone will find happiness: children, young and old, family and friends. The most beautiful beaches of the Côte d'Azur with their lovely atmosphere are at 30 minutes drive: Cannes, St-Raphaël and St-Tropez. Driving around, you will flavor the charms of the vineyards of the hills of the Provence. You are in the middle of the typical small villages amongst which the most beautiful of France. You can go horse riding, cycling or hiking between vineyards or in the beautiful Esterel mountains.
